It is important to listen to the client and help guide them to the right vacation for them. I especially enjoy doing destination weddings. Bringing family members and friends together to celebrate a joyous occasion brings me great satisfaction. The ongoing education of the travel agent is very important. I have extensive training and certification with Princess Cruises. I am a 5 star academy graduate with Celebrity Cruises and a AMA Waterways travel specialist.
