My love for travel began at 16 when I spent a month in Europe on a student ambassador program, visiting five countries and staying with local families. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for exploring the world. After college, I began my career in travel with STA Travel in Gainesville, FL, where I eventually managed the office. Though I later pursued roles in finance, sales, and banking, my passion for travel never faded. I ultimately returned to the industry, where I now help clients bring their travel dreams to life through FROSCH Travel. To date, I’ve visited over 30 countries and continue to be inspired by different cultures and ways of life. I’m committed to making each trip seamless, personalized, and memorable—handling the details so my clients can fully enjoy their experience.

My Journey with Plaza Travel began on March 8th 2001. I was hired as a Receptionist and from that time the Orens family has allowed me to learn and grow. I was moved to an Administrative Position in 2004. I assisted with admin duties, ranging from ordering Office Supplies to helping agents with busy work, so they could focus on Sales. I read anything I could get my hands on to increased my knowledge of the Travel Industry and took many on-line tutorials. I also got the benefit of learning from some of the best agents in the travel industry. Asking questions of my agents to gain the knowledge needed to take on further challenges. I was taught the fine art of the ADM and started to learn how to read Commission Contracts. I was Cross trained on the ARC report to cover the Accounting Department when needed. When a position became available, I was promoted to the Accounting Department in 2010. The promotion put me in charge of running the ARC report for Plaza Travel. I am Certified thru the Airline Reporting Corporation as an ARC Specialist. Plaza Travel has grown so much since my first day back in 2001. The Orens Family has continued to challenge me and offer new opportunities for growth. I could not imagine working for another company or leaving the Plaza Travel Family. In my personal time I enjoy camping, hiking, going to concerts and watching football.

After a family trip to Europe in high school, followed by a college semester abroad in Greece (my college major was Ancient Mediterranean Civilizations), I discovered that one of my joys in life was planning trips - first for myself, and then for others. I started my travel career at an agency that specialized in independent European travel. In the ensuing 40 years, I have sent clients to many destinations spanning the globe. My own travels have taken me to most of Western Europe, and my particular favorites are France, Italy, Switzerland, and Greece. Other adventures have included exploring Bali, Buenos Aires, Rio, and Iguassu Falls, and cruising the Caribbean. Since I love snorkeling in warm waters, I find myself returning to the Hawaiian Islands, Tahiti, and Fiji as often as possible. I love this profession because it requires that I research and learn new things every day as I help my clients create their dream trips. I especially value the wonderful long-term relationships I’ve built with my clients, and now, with their children and grandchildren as well. I look forward to helping you make your travel dreams come true!

I first started booking air travel back in 1992 when I was just a teenager. Since that time, I've worked for airlines and travel search sites before starting my own agency business in 2009. <br><br> At Cranky Concierge, I leverage my years of airline knowledge and experience working in pricing and marketing roles to help travelers with everything from booking travel to helping when things go wrong. <br><br> Over the years, I have branched out into helping plan more aspects of travel, including cruises, hotels, and more.
