I first started booking air travel back in 1992 when I was just a teenager. Since that time, I've worked for airlines and travel search sites before starting my own agency business in 2009. At Cranky Concierge, I leverage my years of airline knowledge and experience working in pricing and marketing roles to help travelers with everything from booking travel to helping when things go wrong. Over the years, I have branched out into helping plan more aspects of travel, including cruises, hotels, and more. My favorite destination is Hawai'i, but I'm happy traveling all around the world.
