Twenty eight years of sales and customer service experience within the travel industry as a corporate agent, reservation agent for International Tour Operator and twelve years of on-site corporate travel and special events planning for a multi-national manufacturing company. I have extensive experience in all aspects of group, incentive & meeting programs.
