My role as operations manager is a vital part of the Luxury Concierge Travel team, ensuring every team member is properly supported and each client enjoys a seamless trip process from beginning to end. I utilize my leadership, travel knowledge and skills, along with a passion for excellence to provide outstanding customer service to our corporate leisure and general leisure clients. When I'm not busy making sure our client's trips amazing, you’ll find me immersed in the wonders of nature reconnecting with my creative side.
