Reykjavik - The Golden Circle - FD Tour Capture the ‘The Big Three’ on this classic excursion to Gullfoss Waterfall, Geysir Strokkur and Thingvellir National Park. From Reykjavík you will drive over the Mosfellsheidi heath to beautiful Thingvellir National Park, a place of tremendous interest as a primary site of both Iceland’s geological and historical heritage. In 2004 the site of Thingvellir was inscribed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. On this tour you get the opportunity to walk through the geological fault known as Almannagja - the place where Europe’s oldest national legislative assembly, the Icelandic Althing, was established in the year 930AD, and where it convened in grandiose surroundings every summer for nearly eight centuries. After your walk in Thingvellir, the tour continues over the Lyngdalsheidi heath into the fertile farmlands of the south, to visit the most beautiful waterfall of the country, Gullfoss. Not Included: Meals Reykjavik - Langjökull Glacier & the Ice Tunnel Experience Iceland's stunning natural topography in an exhilarating new way during this full-day, off-road adventure on the Langjökull Glacier. Start out early morning on a four-wheel-drive tour into Reykjavík’s hinterland. We drive through the tunnel of Hvalfjordur to the Borgarfjordur area. Watch for the historical home of the famed Icelandic historian and law speaker Snorri Sturluson, author of Snorra Edda. Along the way you will see the lava waterfalls of Hraunfossar and Barnafoss. Turning off the paved road you will travel into the gravel desert of Kaldidalur to Langjökull glacier were your driver will drive out onto the icecap to the entrance of the ice tunnel. Liverpool: Explore Liverpool - 8 hours This morning, you are met as you disembark your cruise ship by your driver-guide. Begin your full day private sightseeing tour of Liverpool, once the most important centre of maritime trade in the world. Liverpool was the European capital of Culture in 2008 as is also the birthplace of Beatles. You may like to walk through the Mathew Street to the Cavern Club, following in the footsteps of the Beatles. See the buildings known as the ‘Three Graces’, and the impressive civic buildings that were constructed as a result of the mercantile wealth. The most important of these is St. George’s Hall, that interestingly claims to be the world’s first air-conditioned building. The castle, which was originally built in 1185 is now the Irish home of the Duke of Devonshire. While Lismore Castle itself is not open to the public, the beautiful and lovingly maintained public gardens are, as is the west wing of the Castle which houses a wonderful contemporary art gallery. The gardens are said to be the oldest continually cultivated gardens in Ireland and they offer spectacular views of both Lismore Castle and the surrounding countryside of the Blackwater valley. Leaving Lismore we visit nearby Cappoquin House, which is an eighteenth century mansion built on the site of an old Fitzgerald Castle overlooking the River Blackwater. It was designed by the Cork architect, Abraham Hargreave. The Keane family have lived here for the last 300 years. It is little changed from the handsome building completed in 1779. In the house are many reminders of the Afghan war of 1839 in which General Sir John Keane later created Lord Keane of Ghuznee and Cappoquin played an important role. The garden is on a south facing slope crowned with two huge arboretum rhododendrons and planted with unusual trees and flowering shrubs. Returning to Waterford, we visit Curraghmore House, which is owned by the Marquis of Waterford and has been home to his ancestors since 1170. Some 2,500 acres of formal gardens, woodland and grazing fields make this the largest private demesne in Ireland and one of the finest places to visit in Ireland. The interior has exceptionally fine plasterwork and a guided tour of the main reception rooms of Curraghmore House can be arranged by prior appointment. This tour takes in some of the finest neo-classical rooms in Ireland which feature the magnificent plaster work of James Wyatt and grisaille panels by Peter de Gree. The superbly landscaped gardens beside Curraghmore House, incorporate a shell house, the interior of which was designed by Catherine, Countess of Tyrone, in 1754. May and June are the best months to appreciate azaleas, rhododendrons, through exceptionally fine trees may be enjoyed at any time. A welcoming Reception Desk is open 24 hours a day and the staff are happy to answer your questions and provide any general assistance you may need. The Purser can be contacted at the Reception Desk as well. The Purser can change traveller's checks and accepts payments of shipboard accounts at the end of the cruise. Postcards and letters can be dropped off here as well and will be delivered to the postal service at the next port of call.

Canyon Ranch fitness experts lead popular exercise classes, such as Pilates, yoga and aerobics and are on hand to offer advice and demonstrate the use of fitness equipment. One-on-one training can be arranged with a Fitness Instructor. Equipment includes Lifecycles, free weights, striders, StairMasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches. Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Fitness Center.

Shipboard Policies

Special Dietary Needs - Advance Notice Required
Guests with special dietary requests should advise Regent Seven Seas Cruises of any special dietary requirements 90 days prior to sailing by sending an e-mail to rsscops@rssc.com. General dietary needs such as low salt or low cholesterol foods can be satisfied onboard the ship just by speaking with the dining wait staff.
Pregnancy Policy
Regent Seven Seas Cruises cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during, the cruise.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all suites, staterooms and balconies fleet-wide. In addition, cigarette, electronic cigarette or cigar smoking is not permitted in any enclosed dining areas, whether it be the ship's main dining rooms, the alternate dining venues or the outdoor dining areas. Electronic cigarette smoking is permitted throughout the ship with the exception of the dining areas mentioned above.
Cigarette smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the outdoor pool area and the following public rooms:
- Connoisseur Club
- Horizon Lounge (outdoor one side designated area)
- Pool area (designated area opposite side of the Pool Bar)
Cigar Smoking is only permitted in the Connoisseur Club and the designated area on the opposite side of the Pool Bar.
Pipe smoking is only permitted in the Connoisseur Club. Pipe smoking in open deck areas is considered an extreme fire hazard and is not permitted.
Failure to comply with the above-stated policy will result in guests being asked to leave the ship at their expense, without refund or credit for the unused portion of their cruise.
Wheelchair Access & Special Needs
Guests with any medical condition(s) that require special services, including travel with medical apparatus, should advise Regent Seven Seas Cruises in writing at time of booking. Please note some ports-of-call may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility and special arrangements may need to be made.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises' wheelchairs on board are for emergency purposes only. Guests requiring a wheelchair for mobility must bring their own.
For guests requiring oxygen equipment, an oxygen concentrator is the only form of oxygen equipment allowed aboard ship, and must be provided by the guest.
Regent has the right to refuse or revoke passage to anyone who, in its judgment, is in a physical, mental or emotional condition unfit for travel or whose comfort on board may be compromised due to situations beyond the care that can be provided by Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
