Today enjoy a walking tour of Venice with your local English-speaking guide including visits to several of the most famous landmarks of the city.

The Doges’ Palace was the seat of the main government departments, the residence of the Doge, from where the Venetian Republic was ruled. Lavish frescoes, graceful staircases and gilded stuccowork reveal the glory and opulence of this period.

One of the finest examples of Byzantine architecture in Venice, St. Mark’s Basilica was once the Doge’s chapel. Visit Kopar with wine tasting in Piran

We are inviting you to discover one of the most romantic Venetian towns on the Adriatic- Piran. One of the most well known Piran inhabitants was a prominent composer Giuseppe Tartini. Today is an attractive mediaeval town with its unique Martini Square, tiny Jewish Quarter, 1st May square where most of the locals meet and as the crown on the top of the hill an attractive St George Church which tower is older that its Venetian St Mark's Campanile. Highlights of the Bay of Kotor

Surrounded by impressive medieval bulwarks which extend above the town to the fortress of Sveti Ivan, Kotor was under the rule of the Republic of Venice between 1420 and 1797 and the Venetian influence on the architecture is strong.

Wander through the brilliantly preserved medieval Old Town, past the Watchtower and the 17 ^th Century Prince’s Palace. Admire the 12 ^th Century Romanesque Cathedral of St Tryphon, survivor of numerous coastal earthquakes over the centuries.

Afterward, continue with your guide by car to Perast and visit the Church of Our Lady of the Rocks (Gospa od Skrpjela), a Baroque edifice that was first constructed in 1452 on a man-made islet. According to legend, the islet was created over the centuries by the seamen who, after returning from each successful voyage, laid a rock in the bay. As time passed, the islet gradually emerged from the sea. The church contains 68 magnificent paintings by Tripo Kokolja, a 17 ^th Century artist from Perast. His most important painting, measuring some ten yards long, is “The Death of the Virgin”.

Olive Oil Tour

Our countryside exploration will take us through silvery landscapes of olive trees, venturing through beautiful farmland and imposing nature.

We will first stop at the village of Vouves, to visit the Ancient Olive Tree and the Olive Oil museum.

Then on to Biolea, a family-owned olive oil estate. The property lies among endless rows and sloping hills of koroneiki olive trees and dramatic mountain landscapes near the village of Astrikas. The Dimitriadis family has been cultivating the same olive trees for 6 generations. They specialize in the artisan production of high-quality organic olive oil by using a traditional three-stone mill and olive presses.

Their production is single estate, which means that they control every aspect, from cultivation of the olive trees to bottling and marketing of their products. Welcomed by the owners, you will be guided around their premises and have an olive oil tasting. You will then enjoy a delicious lunch of tasteful local dishes, that relish the philosophy of slow living, seasonality and farm-to-table traditions.
