My name is Kathleen Johnson and I have been a travel agent for more than 40 years. I love to make travel dreams come true and have been fortunate enough to travel to some of the most exiting destinations which include: England, Scotland, Ireland, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Denmark, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary, Turkey, Isreal, Africa, Canada, Fiji, Tahiti, Australia, Vietnam, China, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama Canal, Columbia, Belize, Honduras, many Caribbean Islands and all the popular hot spots in Mexico. I have done extensive travel in the U.S. including Hawaii and Alaska and certainly have enjoyed our National Parks. I also have sailed on MANY cruises, ocean and river, in various parts of the world. I’m often asked about my most favorite destination, and it’s always a toss-up but perhaps my favorite is - Bora Bora in French Polynesia. It's the perfect island jewel if you enjoy swimming, snorkeling, spectacular scenery, and stunning crystal clear waters with 50 shades of blue ! A nights’ stay in an overwater bungalow is simply amazing. But I have to say that staying in a luxury tented camp while on an African safari was pretty remarkable too. Our protection from the wildlife roaming outside our tents at night was provided by a fearless Masai Warrior with a spear. I can still hear the huffing sound from the lion as he prowled around my tent. Now that’s…Africa !!!
