Get to know the first church built by the Portuguese in its maritime expansion in the 15 th Century. Located in the park of Sta. Catarina, see the chapel of Sta. Catarina, one of the first erected on the island; by the Sé Cathedral, a church dating back to the 15 th Century.

You will finish the tour by passing through the old part of town, enjoy a guided visit to the Botanical Garden with its wide variety of trees and plants, brought from all over the world, some of which are endemic to Madeira Island.
